| My current project is a Tiny House which is designed to be both space efficient as well as energy efficient. The building is 130 sq. ft. and includes passive solar design, thermal breaks, and reclaimed or recycled materials. Read more about this project on the Tiny House blog |

Recently, I worked with a company to develop four distinct designs for container houses which would employ passive and active solar energy, rain-catchment, and green-roofs to allow residents to live with a minimum of energy consumption. This design was rendered in Autodesk Revit. |
| In 2009 I was the project architect and sub-contractor for an 850 sq. ft. house addition. The addition included permits for the standard structural, electrical, concrete, and framing. I was involved in every step of this project until the shell was completed. I dug foundation trenches, researched and applied moisture protection for the foundation wall, delivered building material, and framed the 2-story structure.
I most certainly improved the aesthetic of the whole neighborhood with the design.

![]() Detail of commercial building in Sellwood |
I worked at a firm which focussed on medium and large scale commercial buildings. I produced a variety of drawings including construction drawings, siteplans, color elevations, 3D models, and interior models. I used programs including Autocad 2004, Google Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Publisher for presentation drawings. |
| Parapet fabrication detail | I worked for a company which produces curtainwall systems for high-rise buildings. While working there I gained an understanding of detailed architectural drawings. Many of these drawings had be created to an accuracy of 0.000001 mm. |
