After High School, I attended California's best 2 year college for Architecture, Los Angeles Harbor College. I obtained an Associates Degree under the direction of Dr. A. Wakita. Here I studied drafting, structures, interior design, and spacial design. |

At this point I decided to leave
the sprawling Los Angeles basin for a true metropolis. I enrolled
in the architecture program at the City University
of New York. Here I gained experience in high rise engineering,
low energy building, interior design, and three-dimensional
computer modeling. |

While completing my later college years, I chose to work two consecutive summers in New Jersey. The firm focussed on educational architecture and expanded my experience in construction drawings. |

Upon completing my degree I worked at another New Jersey firm which mainly
focused on religious buildings. Working on a variety of projects, I improved
my AutoCad knowledge, studied building layouts, and improved my skill
as an architectural photographer. Part of this time was spent subcontracting
with the Port Authority of New York
doing complex three-dimensional modeling. |

I left for Portland which, is truly a livable city, incorporating many improvements which myself and others had dreamed of for New York. |
| Parapet fabrication detail | I worked for a company which produces curtainwall systems for high-rise buildings. While working there I gained an understanding of detailed architectural drawings. |

Recently I worked at a firm which focussed on medium and large scale commercial buildings. I produced a variety of drawings including construction drawings, siteplans, color elevations, 3D models, and interior models. I used programs including Autocad 2004, Google Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Publisher for presentation drawings. |
